Come join our chicken processing class on June 25, 2016 at 9 am. Everyone should have a chance to perform each step necessary to process a chicken with hands on detailed instruction. We will be using the rental equipment setup including the plucker machine. We are asking that everyone bring a sack lunch. The cost will be $25 per adult, $5 per child under 16, with 7 and under free.  We will not rain out unless there are storms and high winds.
